What do you mean when you say "Unresponsive"? Are you able to use Adobe light room and after some time, it is not responsive or it doesn't launch? Are you getting any error message or any error code?

Run Lightroom 5. This is unnecessarily time consuming. I am having the same issue and the Adobe sight says to disable to GPU option in performance but when I try it simply does the same thing and says "program not responding". This is very frustrating and started as soon as I upgraded to windows 10 almost 6 weeks ago.
Why has this not been fixed, I can't even delete photos from the library in lightroom without it crashing and then when I restart the program the picture I tried to delete is still there! This site in other languages x.
